Special Machines

Our Special Machines group have the capability to design and build unique machinery specifically fitted to the requirements of our customer's processes. Precision Machining Capabilities

Our precision machining capabilities are made possible by a host of machine tools. We have three Wire EDMs as well as special small hole capabilities. Our High Speed EDM Drill is capable of putting a minimum .012 diameter hole through hardened steel. Quality is insured through rigorous inspections on our Zeiss and Brown and Sharp coordinate measurement machines.

Other equipment in our facility include a number of CNC machining centers and lathes as well as a Blanchard grinder and horizontal boring mill for larger jobs. Visit our equipment list for a complete list of our facilities equipment.

Tool & Die Department

Our Tool and Die group has been serving the metal stamping industry for over fifteen years. Our expertise ranges from simple forming or stamping dies, to more advanced progressive dies. We have try out capabilities for dies requiring up to 42" x 72" and 165 ton.
